ATS/Mike is absolutely the best! I was out of state due to a family emergency in June. My brother brought my car in to ATS for me while I was away. The air conditioner has been konking out randomly for a couple of years now. Having recently moved here from Southern California, ac and heat are now actually necessary. 🙂 My dear brother mistakenly told Mike that my ac wasn't cold anymore. That wasn't the case at all unfortunately. When I returned, and went to pick up my car, ATS had simply recharged the ac. Mike was so kind about the misunderstanding that he charged me for parts only. I've never trusted a mechanic before... this is a new and wonderful experience. 🙂 I'll be taking my car in next week for the ac/heater motor repair, which is considerably cheaper than a previous mechanic's quote. Excellent service and rates!

Traveling from Arizona for the holidays and a rattling started in my car...we were staying at the Marriott nearby. I called at 8:30am took the car in at 9:30, friendly and honest- just charged for an hour of labor and we were out the door all fixed within an hour.

Mike and his crew were fantastic. Took my 2002 Chrysler in with a totally busted water pump, and had it back 24 hours later, good as new. The parts and labor were totally reasonable, especially for the speed, and Mike and his staff were so friendly. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for car repair in the Treasure Valley.

Working with Mike down there, they installed a new HEI on my Camper van a few months back and did a great job, for other reasons(not their fault) the HEI failed within a few months. With no question they brought it back in, figured out the issue and stood by their work. So if you’re looking for a place to go that stands by the parts and job they do, this would be a good place. Again the part failed because it happen to be a faulty part, nothing they did.

I had excellent service here! I was able to drop my car off before work and just pick it up once the work was completed. It was very easy to get ahold of them during the day for a check-in. Originally, the work was to be completed in the morning but due to Memorial Day weekend they were slammed!! My car got pushed back (front brake replacement) till the end of the day. Luckily I didn't need it for any appointments that day/made due. They understood that inconvenience and were able to give me an additional discount for the flexibility. When picking up they stayed late so I could snag it after work and provided EXCELLENT customer and FRIENDLY service. I highly recommend them and can't wait to use them again!
